In May, the STAline Waterworks team gathered at the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina, for several memorable days centered around relationships, growth, learning, and celebrating the people behind our success.
The event began with our 2nd Annual Vendor Forum, which brought STAline teams from across our growing footprint together with 30 of our Strategic Partners for two days of meaningful conversations and collaboration. The Vendor Forum gives us the opportunity to bring those relationships together under one roof.
Throughout the forum, STAline team members from each of our locations had the opportunity to meet directly with our Strategic Partners, learn more about their products and capabilities, discuss opportunities within their individual markets, and continue strengthening the relationships that help us better serve our customers.
Following the Vendor Forum, we transitioned into our National Sales Meeting, uniting STAline employees from across the company. With our continued growth and expanding geographic footprint, having our teams together in one place provided an important opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another, strengthen connections, and focus on the future of STAline.
The event concluded with a special Awards Dinner and Celebration, where employees were joined by their spouses for an evening dedicated to recognizing accomplishments and celebrating the people who make STAline what it is.
Including our spouses was especially meaningful. Behind so many of our employees are families who support the travel, long days, growth, and commitment that come with building a company. Having them with us made the evening, and the entire event, even more memorable.
From our Strategic Partners to our employees and their families, the week reflected what STAline continues to be built upon: strong relationships, great people, shared growth, and a commitment to doing business the right way.
